Physics has been my favorite subject since high school. So, I decided to choose this field for higher education. First, I graduated with a BS in Physics from the University of Tehran. After that, I started my master’s degree in Plasma Physics at the University of Beheshti. During that era, I discovered a deep interest in computational-based fields. Even though I had a successful carrier in my master’s degree, I decided to choose Statistical Physics and Complex Systems for my Ph.D. degree. I am currently a Ph.D. student in Statistical Physics and Complex Systems under the supervision of Dr. Seyed Mohammad Sadegh Movahed.
My concentration is on algebraic topology, specifically the topological data analysis (TDA) topic. I use TDA-based computational approach to extract topological features of phase transition in different models. Also, I am interested in data science-related subjects, machine learning, and software development in a general manner.
